This summer, our residents at West Farm have been enjoying a range of games and activities, making the most of the warm weather (when it appears!) and the beautiful surroundings of the care home.
Residents recently took part in a giant dominoes game which not only provided fun but also helped stimulate their cognitive abilities. They also enjoyed a duck fishing game which brought smiles and friendly competition and was great to watch. Tic-tac-toe also went down well and the residents benefited from physical activity and mental engagement.
Zahra Karimi, our manager at West Farm, said: “It’s always a delight to see our residents so happy and active. These summer games have brought a wonderful sense of community and joy to everyone at West Farm. The games were definitely a success, creating beautiful memories and strengthening the bonds between residents and their carers.”
