Our residents at West Farm recently experienced the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation with a luxurious spa day. The soothing ambiance, gentle touch, and pampering treatments provided a delightful escape from their daily routines, allowing the residents to indulge in self-care and experience a renewed sense of wellbeing.

West Farm manager Zahra Karimi said: “We believe that every resident deserves moments of pure relaxation and pampering. The spa day provided a serene and tranquil environment for our residents to unwind and nurture themselves. This kind of activity is great for reducing stress levels as residents have the opportunity to unwind, allowing their minds and bodies to relax and recharge.  Pampering treatments also offer physical benefits too, helping to ease muscle tension, promote circulation, and relieve pain, while facials and manicures promote healthy skin and self-care. What’s more, our spa days provide opportunities for residents to connect with others and share experiences, everyone had such a lovely time.”

These moments of self-care contribute to a higher quality of life for residents, reminding them that they are valued and deserving of moments of pure bliss.
