Latest COVID-19 Safeguarding Measures at Craig Healthcare

At Craig Healthcare, the safety and wellbeing of our residents, families, and staff remain our highest priority. As COVID-19 is still very much present in our society and continues to evolve, it still proves a huge risk to our residents, and one we remain to be vigilant about.

With the rise in cases this summer, we’ve enhanced our safeguarding measures again across our homes to ensure everyone stays protected while maintaining the warmth and connection that define our community.

We continue to follow rigorous infection control protocols, including regular sanitisation of all communal areas and high-touch surfaces and regular health checks for residents and staff.

Visitors are encouraged to reschedule if feeling unwell, even with a negative test or full vaccination, since other viruses like flu, norovirus and even the common cold can pose serious risks to our vulnerable residents.
