To celebrate the festive season, residents at West Farm swapped daywear for some cosy Christmas pyjamas. In the spirit of comfort, togetherness and relaxation, residents and staff shared stories and enjoyed the social occasion over cups of hot chocolate.
The care home was filled with the sight of festive pyjamas and the sound of familiar Christmas songs with residents and staff enjoying a break from the usual routine to simply be together in the most comfortable way possible.
Zara Karimi, our manager at West Farm, said: “Our pyjama party was a hit! It’s these moments of joy and informal fun that truly make Christmas memorable for our residents. Our pyjama day wasn’t just about the fun of wearing PJs during the day; it was a celebration of the home’s community spirit, where warmth and laughter are the best kind of medicine. We loved every minute and enjoyed hearing about how the residents used to spend Christmas when they were younger. Some very fond memories were shared.”
