Our West Farm residents really enjoy our art classes provide both creative enjoyment and significant health benefits. These sessions encourage self-expression, reduce stress and enhance cognitive function, promoting overall wellbeing.
Every week, residents come together to explore various artistic techniques, from painting to stamping. These activities help maintain fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination while creating a sense of accomplishment and pride in their creations. The communal aspect of the classes also nurtures social connections, combating feelings of loneliness and isolation.
