Appreciation Day for Craig Healthcare Staff

West Farm Care Centre recently marked by an Appreciation Day dedicated to celebrating the incredible staff who have worked for Cramlington House Ltd for five years or more. It was a heartfelt event that honoured the dedication, compassion, and commitment of the team members who make the centre such a warm and caring place.

This year, an impressive 22 staff members were recognised for their long-standing service across the Group. Each of them has played a vital role in shaping the supportive environment that residents and families cherish. Their loyalty and hard work have not only ensured the highest standards of care but have also built lasting bonds with residents and colleagues alike.

To mark the milestone, staff received gifts and certificates, presented in front of residents, families, and fellow team members. The atmosphere was filled with applause, smiles, and pride as each person was acknowledged for their years of dedication.

One of the most touching parts of the day came when staff read through messages from residents’ families and friends. These notes expressed heartfelt thanks for the care and compassion shown to their loved ones, highlighting the difference the staff make every single day. From words of appreciation to stories of kindness, the messages were a powerful reminder of the impact that dedicated care has on families.

For the staff, hearing these messages was deeply moving. Many spoke about how rewarding it was to know that their efforts are recognised and valued, not just by the residents they support, but by their families too.
