Craig Healthcare is looking for an experienced office manager to help run the administrative requirements of the business, providing support to the Senior Management team.
Based at Cramlington House in Cramlington, the daily duties of the Office Manager will include greeting visitors to the home, answering the phones and taking messages appropriately, keeping internal database systems updated, opening and distributing post accordingly, regularly scanning and photocopying relevant documents, filing resident and management paperwork consistently and appropriately as well as ordering and distributing name badges, uniforms and key fobs as and when required.
Supporting finance and accounts team will also be a part of the job role and the Office Manager will have to calculate 63 resident fees and submit them to the accounts team on a 4 weekly basis as well as liaising with payroll when new employees join Craig Healthcare. They will also be responsible for petty cash and all residents’ personal allowances.
The Office Manager also plays a key role in welcoming new employees, taking them through the DBS process, updating new starter packs and check lists and ensuring they have everything they need when they join Craig Healthcare.
The successful candidate must be confident in the use of modern technology including computers, laptops, tablets, photocopiers, scanners, entry and exit systems and telephones. They must also know how to use the latest Microsoft software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Available Hours: Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours per week.
Salary: Subject to individual and experience. To be discussed at interview stage.
Holidays: 28 days per year.
