Five Years of Dedication Celebrated at Holywell Care Home

Holywell Care Home is celebrating two valued members of staff after Debbie Stewart and Laura Dillon were presented with five-year service awards.

The milestone recognises their commitment, dedication and the important role they have played in supporting residents and colleagues over the past five years.

Both Debbie and Laura have become familiar and trusted faces within the home, building strong relationships with residents and their families through their compassionate approach and unwavering commitment.

Long-serving staff members provide continuity and reassurance, helping create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and supported. Their experience and knowledge also make them invaluable members of the wider team.

Colleagues gathered to congratulate Debbie and Laura on reaching the milestone and to thank them for their years of hard work and dedication.

Home Manager Zahra said: “Debbie and Laura have made an enormous contribution to the home over the last five years. Their kindness, professionalism and commitment to residents are greatly appreciated and we are delighted to recognise this special milestone.”

Both team members were presented with awards in recognition of their service and were warmly applauded by colleagues.

Celebrating long service achievements is an important part of recognising the people who help make Holywell Care Home such a supportive and caring environment.
