Holywell House Heroes

 

Here at Holywell House, we’ve introduced a monthly ‘hero’ initiative where, each month, all employees nominate a member of the team who they believe has gone above and beyond in their job and duty of care for our wonderful residents.

Two employees each month are awarded with the ‘Holywell Hero’ title and, in July, the award went to Emily Lawson and Laura Geddes. Both Emily and Laura have recently joined the elderly care sector and they have taken to their roles so incredibly well.

Julie McMurrough, our manager at Holywell House, said: “The care Emily and Laura have demonstrated has been exceptional. Their compassion, empathy and energy for our residents has shone through every single day. They have certainly hit the ground running in their new roles and they should feel proud for being nominated given the dedication, passion and resilience we see from them day in, day out.” Well done Emily and Laura, you both thoroughly deserve it!”

Both Emily and Laura received a certificate and a token voucher for their hard work, motivation and inspiration that they bring to Holywell House each day.
